Why it’s important:
Our ongoing discipleship continues as we connect to one another in the body of Christ.
Our progressive discipleship and growth does not take place in isolation, but rather is intentionally designed to be interdependent upon our brothers and sisters in Christ. This ongoing discipleship necessitates that we are regularly gathering in more informal and intimate settings whereby we are able to exercise our spiritual gifts, encourage, edify, and if necessary at times even challenge one another in our faith.
How it happens at Grace Bible Church:
We have seen that connection opportunities take place best in small group settings. At Grace Bible Church, these include small groups that gather in homes throughout the week, Bible studies, one-to-one discipleship and mentoring opportunities, as well as opportunities focused on training practical Christian living.
Ongoing discipleship results in connecting to the world as we seek to make more disciples.
